In a case of this year’s event, it might be described as surprising, to say the least. It was meant to create more stability. But government’s hunger for power has lead to something opposite. Is it complete mess, well hopefully not for the Tory voters. But for a lot of other people, it might not be so blissful.
May’s team seems to be lost. And instead of doing what’s in the best interest of the country, they seem to create more and more things that aren’t that easy to deal with. Hey, there are a lot of things they did that shouldn’t be just dealt with and forgotten.
If not the police cuts there would not have been a need at any point to bring the army into streets. If not their fucked up approach to NHS its budget wouldn’t be falling apart. As much as I have mentioned only two issues, they affect millions of people. What if NHS will run out of money and collapse, or make it not affordable for most people to pay for medical care? Or what if there will be not enough police officers to keep our streets safe?
I wonder what’s next? Getting people out of their graves and getting them into jobs?
I hope people won’t get me wrong. I love democracy. BUT, since Tories have been in one way or anther, elected to form a government for the third time in a row, then it seems there needs more to be done to hold them accountable.
Or else in some time, it might be too late to do anything. It gets really scary already as in the first quarter of 2017 UK’s economy was meant to be weakest in EUROPE. If domestic issues aren’t enough for people to think about the future of this country then hopefully this will make them at least think.
What do you think?
